That's not fighting scared you idiot. I guess you take punches head on and don't bother to deflect shots thrown at you.

He just moves constantly. That's just his style. I don't think he was scared or anything.

But god damn did it **** me off.

I just pictured Mayorga throwing his hands up like he did in that one fight where the dude kept moving.

Don't mean to rub it in the face of all the veteran know-it-all ESB types who were picking Yuri, but told you so. Thank god for all the suckers out there who buy into the hype out there. Vegas would be dead without all of them. OHHHHHHHHH YEAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!!

This everyone. His style was always that of an outside mover. And he still wanted to fight after his knee got ****ed up and ate all those shots. He's got plenty of heart, and plenty of chin if you ask me. I think he would have won if his knee had not gone out. And I think margo ****ed up cotto's career immensely (he had loaded gloves there is no doubt about that).

I thought he was a ***** and when he first fell I thought he was faking to quit, the same as roy jones thought at first. but he had heart and proved me wrong and it was clearly legit

The injury made it a better fight, cotto was winning regardless but it gave yori a chance to show the crowd his heart and the ref let him go out on his shield though it was a good idea for his corner to attempt to stop it

That was what I always have said. Put Michael Jennings, Yuri Foremans, Alphonso Gomez, other good boxers into that kind of atmosphere and with a hard experienced top level boxer-puncher like Cotto and it's a no contest.

After he fell he slowed down and Cotto was landing more at a better connect percentage but that only showed Yuri's chint too because he didn't get put down even by taking some good, clean shots to the head. I hate the constant moving style that has a workrate not high enough but I loved Yuri's heart.

He looked a little nervous early which is understandable, but up until the injury he was doing pretty well imo. His movement was excellent and he was popping off shots here and there. Even with an injured leg he was still firing off shots. He didn't look scared, no ****ing way.
