He looked good against Foreman, but, he was a fighting a feather fisted opponent. I think Williams would beat him rather easily, as would Martinez.

I doubt we'll see Williams-Cintron rematch, and if Cotto doesnt fight Angulo, Cintron would be a good opponent for Cotto. As of now, I slightly favor Cotto.

Cotto does a vicious body punch on Cintron.
Cintron gets on his knees crying in agony telling the ref that it was a low blow.
Cotto by 3rd tko with much protest from Cintron.

Cotto is really open for the right and if Cintron connects that could be the end of the fight because he's the most powerful puncher Cotto will have faced in his career.

Randall Bailey is the hardest puncher cottos ever faced!

That may or may not be true but power alone without the ability to deliver it is another issue. Cintron is clearly more talented and a far higher caliber fighter even if what you say is true. Since Bailey has just moved to 147 and never fought at 154 I would go with Cintron as the bigger power puncher in absolute terms.

Granted, I am not a Cintron fan and happen to like Randall a lot, but you're absolutely right. Cintron is a much better boxer than Bailey. He's a flaky, unpredictable wild card of a fighter but he's still a damn good athlete. ...I hear he is thinking about entering a high jump contest...in case he wants to quickly go over the ropes next time, I recall hearing.

Anyone else here but me believes that Cintron's power is overrated?

I don't think he hits as hard at 154 as he did at 147, but I do think he's a quicker, more improved fighter at jr. middleweight. Still lacks balls though.
