After the match Bute had last autumn some people expected for this year a match between him and at least one of Hopkins, Pavlik or Pascal.(Maxim if I remember well).

I said then that none of these matches is going to happen this year and I was right. Also I predicted only two matches of Bute also and is a big chance to be right on this too.

My prediction was a fight betwen him and Miranda in spring and a fight with Bika in fall.I was half right here.

We all know the next mandatory is Brinkley. So he is one the next three fights.I challenge you to predict the next three fights of Lucian Bute in order and explain.

    My prediction:

1.Brinkley (end of september) - to let his schedule free

2.Direll (december-january) - the american will leave Super six for sure and is a high expected fight.

3.Pavlik(march-april) - I don`t think the ex-champion will force the 175 lbs but will tune up with a 168 in order to meet Bute in next spring.

What do you say about it?

honestly think if he fights Dirrell he will lose plus Dirrell will move up to 175lbs if he goes out of the tournement.

Why do you think Dirrell will leave the Super Six for sure?

If Dirrel loses to Ward, and KEssler beats Green, Dirrell is out.

We all know that a lost split decision against Ward will make him leave.I don`t think he stands a chance against him.

In this fall are the last matches of the group stage.I mean he`ll not win the qualification.

I think he stands a good chance, personally, though I favor Ward. And I'm not counting on anything being over by your specified time. Ward has apparently got a bum knee, and we don't know with this tournament how long it will really take, despite the plan for how long.

I wonder what the policy of the super 6 is if a fighter finishes all 3 of their stage 1 fights but his fate is still undetermined until the other fights are finished which are like a few months away. Is he allowed to have a keep busy fight inbetween? Cause that would suck to wait so long and find out you are not advancing and wasted a lot of time of your career.

Bute should not fight Pavlik anytime in the near future. At this point in time Lucian would get zero credit for a win, and a loss would derail his career big time. Kelly needs to put a string of decent wins together before Pavlik/Bute is a viable fight.
