We know Oscar is done but if he were to say **** it, one more time and fought Cotto in mid September, how big would this fight be?

Is it a huge PPV hit or mediocre because Oscar looked so bad in his last two fights? It's Mexico vs. Puerto Rico after all and a title fight.

If he were to whip himself into shape and come in with Nazeem Richardson, this would be so entertaining.

Damn! Can't believe we'll never f*cking see it! I know there are fighters out there that deserve it more but a final Oscar night (at his optimum 154lb weight class) would be awesome.

To actual boxing fans, this would be a sad, less than mediocre matchup.

To the media, and people that don't follow boxing, it would be a mega fight.

I think Oscar could win. And it would be huge. Although not 'The World Awaits' huge.

In the present boxing scene I don't think it's less than mediocre considering some of the **** going down:
    • The heavyweight scene PERIOD
    • Amir Khan fighting powder punchers, fossils or super featherweights
    • Ricky Hatton eating until he bursts
    • Calzaghe snorting until he explodes
    • Hopkins determined to be the first professional sportsman drawing a pension
    • Jones Jr looking to beat his PB time for KO by
    • And finally Floyd and Pacquaio arguing over a $40 million pay day
Mix Oscar vs. Cotto in with the Super Six, a few good match ups at 140lbs and an EVENTUAL Haye vs. Klitshko clash and we might have a great ****in year:lol:

    No wonder I'm laughing!

I know I want to see Drago VS Balboa II. That could be on the underca-****, that could be the main event on this card, we all know it. Let's just come right out and say it.

Yea, DLH fighting Cotto he could look better than most of the old vets trying to stick around while making fools of themselves.

I don't think DLH could beat Cotto at this point, and don't think DLH could have beat Cotto in 07 either. DLH was a great fighter, but was 2-6 in the biggest fights of his career, (I included Ike, excluded faded Chavez), and this would be no different.

Would I watch if this happened? Of course I would, but I wouldn't be glad it was happening.

It would be a big event.

They would promote the fight saying that Oscar was simply weight-drained against Pacquiao and unmotivated. Now that he's been humiliated, his fire is back and he's ready to give it one last shot in his weight class, etc., etc.

    Get it Right!!

Rocky vs Clubber Lang 2 would be much better

It will get atleast a million buys.

It will be dubbed as DLH's big comeback fight as the promotional tool for it.

...The ****? Clubber Lang is a heroin addict! The man looks more like Amy Winehouse than that guy from the A team he used to look like! What kind of fight would that be? Balboa recently took on Mason gatdamn Dixon! ...At least Drago has been taking Yoga and the Russian Paparazzi caught him sparring with Valuev and looking pretty sharp still. ...Don't you read this website, man? Go to the home page once in a while, Sheesh! Lang has been to rehab six times and he's never been the same since he got out of prison for raping that Bengal Tiger at the zoo! Which is still his fault, even if he was massively high and Johnny Tapia double dog dared him, I don't care what the apologists say!

Well, let's not get too hung up on that. 1. Valuev was obviously going to take it easy on him. 2. I said he looked sharp, he sure as hell wasn't showing SNV anything new.
