    I think Cotto's camp was talking to Arthur about what fights he has done for them and he was like.

    Arthur Mercante: "...Judah...Clottey...and this one"
    Miguel Cotto: "...Can you be the referee for my next fight?"

    They all laugh.

    Seems as though Arthur is Cotto's lucky charm.

    I'm not sure what benefit he provided to Cotto on Saturday. A bent judge would have stopped it as soon as possible.

    Yup. Just watched it now. He's right though, **** those fighters trying to manipulate the rules...can you imagine Mercante in the same ring with Cintron? ...Cintron would lose by knockout and Mercante would have his arm raised.

    I hear mixed reviews on Mercante Jr...some say he did a good job because he forced Yuri to fight but others are saying he sucked. I am on the fence....

    I think he did a good job, Yuri was the champ he shouldnt loose his belt becauz the towel was thrown

    :thumbsup Boom. Mercante's a throwback. That fight had the feel of the battles you used to see in black and white during the 50's and 60's.
