Accepting what ruined the fight in the first place isn't compromising.

If Pac wants the fight it is simple. USADA testing. Discussion over. Fight on. :deal

Looks good so far. Arum said he is optimistic that the fight can happen. Can't see how a fight with so much money to be made doesn't happen.

No he isn't. There is no compromising. Test or don't. Manny's choice. Nobody will BS with him again for another 6 months. Sorry. If Manny wants the fight he will take it.

You don't know what you're talking about. If the urine tests were suffiicient, then they wouldn't even need to ask for blood tests. There is a reason the olympics utilizes blood testing, the same for cylcing. There is a good reason that the NFL and MLB(two leagues who have an obvious PED problem) are pushing for their respective unions to adopt blood testing.

About the 14 day comprimise, you are wrong again. The 14 days was offered in late December, before the mediation took place. Your point about the NSAC adopting a one time exception is just plain ignorant. I'm not sure if they are even allowed to do that. Even if they are, they couldn't conduct that sort of testing on that short notice considering they don't currently do blood testing. They don't have the equipment and trained personal to just do that sort of testing on a few weeks notice.

Maybe Pac has no problem with following NSAC guidelines, maybe he does. When he said that, he probably thought there was very little chance of the NSAC actually implementing blood testing. Now that the NSAC is set to vote on the issue in a week, Pacquiao is now all of a sudden ok with doing the tests with a 14 day window.

I think of it like this. Manny would probably agree to testing all the way up to the fight but he is just playing his part in negotiations with this cut off bull****. Either that or in the time this has been running pacquiaos team have mananged to acquire PEDS which are undetectable in the 14 day window. :)

OMFG. Damned if Manny does, damned if he doesn't.

He sticks to his guns, they call him ducking.

He gives in, people ask why didn't he give in the first place.

    You guys crack me up.

No he didn't moron. He rejected the terms, had a horrible fight, then agreed AFTER he had full knowledge terms had changed.

Then again you are a newb so you probably don't know this. Study your lessons newb. :deal

No Red. Manny ducked then had a crap fight. Now he wants to come back and get the original offer. NO! Nobody is wasting time going back and forth with that clown. USADA or not. His choice.

Cause it's no problem to get EPO out of your system in a 14 day window? They found better masking drugs?
