as floyd fans and *******s know, these two fighters will be retired quite possibly in the next year.

who do you think will take their place as the face of boxing and keep boxing in the mainstream

Ward has the potential so does Alexander. Gamboa could be huge if he stops juanma

The top 5 from 140 (Bradley, Alexander, Khan, Maidana and Ortiz - in that order).
But as I said, these are bunch of potentials and have not proven anything. Until they actually fight each other or at least other elites, I could care less if they beat up some has been LWW or WW.

Hard to pick anyone from todays bunch to fill them shoes man !!!!!

I like Gamboa as the next big thing , but as the complete package im not sure there is anybody who will be generating the sort of PPV numbers and have people talking the way these guys (Floyd & Manny) have TBH .............

I like the fact the JrWW division is so competetive there maybe a really big trilogy of rivalries that spill into the WW and JrMW division in years to come , but right now we aint gotta superstar per say .

I agree, he's the next british hope of a great fighter. Has the potential to be better than Froch/Khan/Haye imo.
