Khan in a GQ interview: I could bench

    benching 120kg for an athlete who works out every day is not that big a deal.

    For real! I was thinking 120kgs was something like 350 lbs to 400 lbs...not 265 lbs! I'm sure Khan is NOT exaggerating. Shane was benching over 315 lbs under WW if I'm not mistaken.

    He's been ducking 120kg for a while but said he will do 75kg in 8 weeks.

    That's not that much. I've seen guys smaller than him do more than that.

    The guy is gym freak, Khan is one of the hardest trainers in the sport.

    I don't know why you guys are so incredulous. That's not that much weight for someone who's in decent shape much less a professional athlete of Khan's calibre.

    A single rep at 264 isn't that big of deal. Check out a one rep max chart, anybody who can bench 205lbs 10 times should be able to do that, I would imagin any professional athelet should be capable of that.

    Some of the people on here honestly shock me. What's so hard to believe? For an Athlete like Khan it's 100% believable. But looking at the people that said it's bull**** are the same old average haters and never give an explanation to why it's so unbelievable.
