All Floyd asked Mosley was random blood testing something he was willing to do himself. He didn't ask him to come down to 142 and then ducking him and trying to fight lesser competition. The same thing he asked Pac. Team Pac didn't want the fight on March even when Floyd agreed to all of their demands and olny asked for random testing which he was going to take too. And now, when Team Pacquiao wants the fight he is supposed to jump right on it and take it? I don't think so... Team Pac made a mistake not taking the fight when they could.
