Of course there's gonna be criticism of every top fighter. It happens to all public figures... but some people just go above and beyond the call of duty..

 

No, it's not like no one gave him absolutely no chance. I remember Merchant commentating during Firepower that the casual fans mostly picked pac to win, and that the "boxing community" had it as a 50/50 fight.

 

This Thread started in 2007/2008 when everbody thinks Pac has no chance at Welterweight, well except for Pacdbest. Look again... even Pac fans thinks Pacd was crazy.

You know Uli.....this kind of post right here is the same **** they do to discredit DLH and his accomplishments.:verysad Manny like DLH are great fighters but it's to be expected. When you are on top....all the accomplishments in the world will not be enough to satisfy everyone.

DLH went through it, Floyd, Manny even Sugar Ray.....both of them. It comes with the territory. Breaking down ANY fighter in this fashion would grant you exactly what you intended to get from it.

You are looking to rationalize Manny's career.....you are over analyzing and dissecting Manny's wins for one purpose....to cast doubt and a negative perception of his accomplishments. But you can easily do that to anyone's resume....FAR easier than you can with Manny's that's for sure. Try doing this with DLH's career....
