Obviously a large part of boxing nowadays is public relations and making a name for yourself in other ways aside from boxing, as Ricky Hatton has done masterfully over here in the UK. But I say fair play to Cotto, he's not a media hungry attention ***** like Mayweather etc, he prefers to keep himself to himself. He's a quiet, cerebral guy and that reflects in his boxing. I remember Cotto was coming up through the ranks around the same time as Ricky Hatton was and I was convinced they were going to meet and Cotto was going to break him apart, even though I'm a big Hatton fan.

Any proper boxing fan couldn't give a **** if he's personable or not. He always provides entertainment in the ring and that should be all that matters.

 

Puertorricane is a clown who sucks on JuanMaricon dick every chance he gets and tries to discredit Cotto a lot.

I don't know about down there in P.R., but on ESB if you say anything less than flattering about Cotto, people are gonna try to rip you a new one, whether you know what you're talking about or not.

JuanMaricon is a ****** who ducks all the top fighters like the ***** that he is and you suck his bicho any chance you get. And learn to spell you ****ing illiterate idiot. And Cotto doesn't have to be like other Puerto Rican fighters to show that he is humble. And lets be honest a lot of PR fighters have had discipline problems in their training and activities whether it is Benitez, Rosario, Camacho, Gomez, De Jesus. And whats funny is that Cotto is probably more disciplined than all those fighters that I just mentioned.

Felix Trinidad was something alltogether different. A one of a kind/once in a lifetime type of figure..He was Puerto Rico..In general PR's tend to gravitate more towards fighters like Tito and JuanMa, guys who'll wave the flag, pound their chest and scream "BORICUA!"...Thats just not Miguel..And to ask him to be that is unfair...It'd be like asking Ali to not be so outgoing, or asking Mayorga not to talk trash..all in all its bull****..

Not getting the love that Tito got is understandable, but JuanMa hasn't accomplished half of what Miguel has...and if he don't step up and fight Caballero, or Gamboa soon I'm done with him..
