One fight. One. Since when did entering discussions with Vitali mean that the fight was set in stone? Just because Vitali announced that the fight was happening doesn't mean it was ever official.

Rob, do you mean to sound like a complete girl with this stuff?

I know you're a bit slow, so I'll take it step by step.

    * there is nothing on paper that confirms a 50-50 offer with no options has been made
    * there is no reason for Haye to respond unless an official offer is on the table
    * if he enters negotiations without that, and the Klits suddenly spring a surprise, the idiots (like yourself) will immediately claim he was offered what he wanted and ran
    * he holds all the cards because the brothers are chasing him. He wants the best possible deal.

If Haye fights Harrison, I'll be disappointed. But as long as he knocks the ****er out, he's entitled to a gimme after two tough fights against guys the brothers wouldn't face.

Does that make sense to your stupid, melodramatic, little girl's brain?

Is there really any reason for insults? please point out what is girly?? You havent even read what I have said. IF THERE IS NO 50-50 OFFER COME OUT AND TELL US

    1) When was the last time you saw a fight contact on paper?
    2) Whether there is an offer or not from the Klitsckos, Haye should not be speaking to Harrison.
    3) If there is no official offer Haye should come out and state this.
    4) Wladamir Klitscko has clearly moved on. His fight with Alexander Povetkin is happening September 11th.

the truth is is the 50-50 no options offer did not exisit Booth and haye would have been the first people to let us know. at least thats what they did for the Enzo fight with Warren.

People saying that Harrision sells tickets......well he doesn't. The last time a fight with Audley on the card hasn't sold out since 2005 agaisnt Danny Williams.

I was at his last fight with Sprott. the rumour going round was that Sprott vs Audley was moved to 10pm becuase Harrison has only sold 90 tickets and Hearn was worried all the fans that were there two see Darren Barker and Chris Evangerlou would leave.

    Harrison doesn't sell tickets!

People on here got their knickers in a twist about that fight as well, with the all melodramatic "disgrace to boxing", "I'll lose all respect" type posts......we're still waiting for it to actually happen though arn't we?

Either way even if Haye-Harrision did happen, its a poor fight but it wouldn't surprise me if Haye wanted to take a couple of easy defences to earn out of the title before he fights a tough unification fight.

The fact he has the title now means he can be more patient, he didn't have that option when he was (egh!) "calling out" the Klits to drum up a title fight for himself.

With all the alleged "insiders" we have at our disposal on here you'd think they'd realise thats how boxing works a lot of the time.

that was the most tv build up, advertising and coverage a friday fight night had ever recieved so what did you expect?

i am telling you this fight will not sell more that 15,000 tickets anywhere in the country and will not do as well on box office as Valuev fight.

The Valuev fight was basically billed as a freak show. It would do well to sell as well as that. But they can both sell a fight and they would generate some 'genuine bad blood!'

I think everyone is jumping the gun with all the ducking stuff.

They have said they are in talks at the moment so leave them to it.

Put yourself in his position wouldn't you want to know all the offers on the table before you made a decision.

There's no reason for the insults other than, along with your hyperbole and melodrama, it needed pointed put that you're being a little girl.

Why should Haye do anything to confirm or deny if he's in negotiation? If he comes out and says "they mentioned 50-50, but there's been no formal offer" then the morons on the GF (and yourself) will cut the last part out and say "Haye got what he wanted and he ducked, the coward!"

Who are you to decide who Haye should talk to? Last I checked it's Haye's career and his way of making a living. I've never seen you criticise Mayweather's business practices of facing limited opposition for the paycheck, despite better challenges being out there. Haye can talk to whoever he wants, and fight whoever he wants.

Next, refer to my first response. Why should Haye respond to a non-existent offer just to stop you wetting your My Little Pony knickers that your weird (and completely flexible) standards aren't being met by a man who has faced a much higher standard of opposition than most boxers with less than 30 fights?

So, maybe Wlad's ducking Haye, then? Povetkin's definitely an easier challenge than Haye. He'll get to keep 70% of the money and probably steal Povetkin's lunch money while he's at it too.

The truth is nothing of the sort, little girl. What's the point in entering a tit-for-tat with K2 about what was or was not offered. If K2 had made that offer, why don't they show us the formal email or faxed offer?

And the first attempt at the Enzo fight was a little different. Warren actually submitted a formal offer (and contract) which was a 50-50, if I recall correctly, with something like three future fight options, with Sports Network as the favoured nation as promoter. In effect, Haye would fight for Warren. The terms were right out in the open.

Haye, rightly, refused to sign. Enzo then commented, "I signed the contract immediately cause I really want the fight. I don't know what's holding David up." That was an attempt to ignore the issue of the options and make it sound like Haye just didn't want the fight. But he did. Just on fair terms and he and Booth made that clear.

Warren wasn't being underhand there, just trying to discourage what he saw as a too risky fight. K2 have been underhand just saying what they've done rather than proving what they've done.

I don't expect to see a full fight contract (though you can request them from the sanctioning orgs, actually) but I don't believe someone one just on what they say is true. You need to prove it too.

theres no reason for insults because your sitting at your computer acting like a tough guy. I wonder how oftern you call someone names like a 5 year old when your not at a desk. also you probably make some good points, adding insults just makes your post look stupid at petty. you talk about morons on the general forum, if calling people names is how you wanna start a post the general forum are waiting for you.

I have every right to have a opinion on who David Haye should fight, seeing as I have paid to see his fights and PPV's, i.e paying his wages.

Where is Mayweathers limited opposition. When was the last time Mayweather faced someone that wasn't world ranked other than coming off a two year lay off.

K2 don't need to show us an offer. They have publicly stated an offer has been made, and 5 days later nobody from the Haye camp has denied this was the case.

So whats the difference in your opinion between what K2 are doing and what Warren Did.

Both Enzo and the Klitscko brothers stated publicly they wanted to fight Haye.
Both Warren and K2 publicly stated they made Haye a good offer.

When Warrens offer was deemed to be different to what he told everybody, Haye and Adam Booth came out and told us this.............so why should it be any different this time???

the thing is you keep comparing Haye to other fighters and what they do. My whole point is that Haye was different to other fighters. He always looked to face the best opposition, he would laugh off call outs from crap fighters, and communicate with the fans when something dodgy like Warrens offer was going on. So why has this changed???
