I think The Pioneer is in some kind of work for the dole partnership with the Argentinian government whereby he pays them some nominal sum of money for them to feed him an undersized opponent. The prerequisites are as follows:

1. Must usually fight ATLEAST one division lower than what they will be facing Mundine at;
2. They must come in at 154 but he can come in at any weight up to 168;
3. They must have double digit losses on their record;
4. They cannot have a KO ratio over 35%; and
5. They cannot be ranked in the Argentine top 5 of their division.

What I love about The Pioneer is that he always listens to his fans and never disappoints! We were calling for another Argentine cabbie and he has delivered! From now on The Pioneer is The Postman!
