For sure they'll be ready. The real question is not them but Bute. Is he willing to put a megapayday against the s6 winner in jeopardy?

I doubt it. Bute stays in his comfortzone fighting handpicked opponents although it's also clear that the options for him is limited untill some supersixers become available.

I hope Ward wins the S6. We get to see more exiting matches if he does. If Froch or Kessler win they will probably retire ; Carl already stated that he will retire if he lose to AA and Mikel is fighting since " Calzaghe era " .Dirrell is not that confident in his skills . Him acting like he was near death in the AA fight and holding, running scared kneeling down in the Froch fight made me hate the guy. I just don't like the idea of having a coward & a crybaby being the king over a division of warriors.I see him avoiding Bute Abraham is my second favorite to win the s6 i think he wishes to become big outside Europe and he will be open to fight Bute for the undisputed crown of the 168'ers the downside is that he will probably wish for a rematch with AD.Green is starting with a handicap with one opportunity fewer than the others to score points in the first stage , imo he needs a miracle only to get to the semi not event thinking about winning the whole thing

Yes indeed, I hope Ward would smash that slippery banana peel Dirrel all over the ring in their next bout :D

Yes, but this is right only for the TOP SPOT. Regarding the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION TITLE, no one will crown Ward, but his fans, until he meets a very probable undefeated Bute.

1- Bute wasn't invited in the Super 6 or else he'd be fighting in there most likely. SHOWTIME wanted 3 US fighters and the Sauerland group had 2 of the European guys under their promotional team + Froch who was champ and already beaten a known American.

2- Bute had fought better competition overall prior to the start of the Super 6 than any other guys except Kessler and maybe Froch. Now his lack of options put him behind the lot.

3- Bute now has slots on HBO and that network won't pay his ass to fight just anyone...

Direll officially lost to Froch, didn`t clearly beat Abraham and now he`ll school Bute?

Hey, pal, he`s younger, he`s the one who`ll be schooled by Bute.Usually the thechers are older.

Oh, don`t forget, he`s gonna be schooled by Ward first.

The man is 26-0-0 / 21 KO. Why wouldn`t be an avoidable boxer?

1: The reports on that matter are conflicting. I heard he priced himself out.

    2: Agreed.

3: Nevertheless he fights no-hoper Brinkley next.

1- Showtime's boss has already admitted they didn't invite him. Bute's team have said on numerous occasions they weren't called at all...Now spread that news.

3- Brinkley is the mandatory so eventually he has no choice but to face him but HBO might demand a fight against an eliminated guy or the winner of Pascal-Dawson.

Super 6 is not a superior league of SMW.Bute`s is a beltholder, from the longest time:two years and a half.
in the same manner I could ask you: what resumes had Ward, Direll and even then double loser Taylor before the tourney so to deserve being there more than Bute?
Super six is not an over boxing organization at SMW.

It`s not about somoone to deserve to meet somebody else.

I`l ask you something else? If un undefeated Bute won`t deserve to meet some winner, who will?

    1: Point taken.

3: Mandatory or not. This wont be a competitive fight. After Brinkley look for Pavlik to get a crack. Another fighter tailor made for Bute IMO.

If you wanna keep the belt, this is the only possibility (not the ideal)

And taken that Bute is very active recently I wouldn't mind, but hope that the next opponent will be worthwhile :good
