He has said he will fight in Canada or indeed the States. I actually agree with his stance. This is a MASSIVE fight in both AA and Froch's careers. Lose and realistically its career over. If he fights on mainland Europe AA wins if it goes to the scorecards (I don't thin it will) in Nottingham then Froch has the advantage. Neither fighter should have doubts in their heads going into this. Neutral venue in North America is fair.

The best and fairest way to do this is have all of the last round robin (stage 3) fights in Vegas. Now what a night that would be for boxing!! Start off with Kessler v Green, then Froch v Abraham and then finish off the night with Ward v Dirrell (I know I can dream!!)

After what happend in the Kessler fight Ward should never be allowed to fight in Oakland again during the super six.

i think not - can you seriously say that froch is scared? he's not a dude who gets scared.

i think that froch is being a bit of a megalomaniac, thinks he deserves a hometown fight...or perhaps he's saying this to at least get a halfway point. have the fight in montreal already. so i can watch it live :yep

Froch - Abraham should take place somewhere in europe but not in an english or a german speaking country. Why not France.

Does it really matter where they fight? Does anyone believe a fight between Arthur Abraham and Carl Froch is going the distance? Everyone knows this match is not going to be in the judges' hands. These two are going to simply bomb each other in a Hagler/Hearns style brawl.

I predict Froch gets starched in 5.

Froch and AA I think they'll fight in Canada. Plus I thought I heard some where that Ward going to fight Dirrell in Detroit or some place like that.

Well to be fair he's fought Taylor in the States and Kessler in Demark so he's hardly afraid of travelling. He'd get a much more raw deal in Germany than Abraham would get in Nottingham,it's virtually impossible for the away fighter to win on points in Germany.A neutral venue would be logical, could this fight not go down well in the States?

First I have to say that Ward was the better man that night and he deserved the win but the referee and the whole event (showtime inclusive) was clearly based in his favor.

Ward was allowed to holding and hitting, headbutting and a lot of questional other things.
He used his head like a third glove.

I know that Ward's two next opponents are from the US so it makes sence to fight there but why are all his 3 fight at his hometown Oakland ??

If Froch-Abraham takes place in the USA why not Direll vs Ward somewhere in europe ?

Just fight in America. Problem solved. Abraham said he wanted to be a star here anyway didn't he? If it goes the distance it will be surprising, but just do it here.

Because the judging and referees are better here. 99 out 100 times they are.
