I know where you're coming from, but when someone is able to cheat the system is because it's flawed. Conte did it. It's proven that it doesn't work as good as advertised and everyone should be concerned about it.

As for the fight, I think we still have chances. Shane agreed and Manny already said he would.

I believe the cheaters are ahead of the drug testers.
If a rich ass guy like pacquiao wants to get away with cheating he will. But there is 0 evidence provided he is.

    It's all a racket.
    White noise.

Totally worthless. They just need to fight.

This statement alone shows it is highly unlikely you have ever stepped foot in a boxing ring before...amateur or professional.

What are $15,000.00 when MILLIONS are involved?

That's $15,000.00 for single fight, imagine how much $$ they will get for testing every professional fight. Do you think, the promoters will shoulder the expenses without taking some from the fighters?

The NSAC looked into the matter and decided urine testing was sufficient. It should be. The only thing blood testing will find that urinalysis can't is HGH. But didn't Manny offer blood testing anyway up to 14 days? Make the fight happen already.

How about those undercard boxers? Most of them earned less than $15,000 per fight. Don't tell me their drug/blood test expenses is more than their purse per fight.
