I swear yall are some funny muther****ers.... cotto been to the top already twice and fell off when fighting sergio martinez...

martinez never tasted the top yet... not only that but he has a chin, hits moderately hard, is extremely fast & slippery, awkward as ****.....

nothing about sergio martinez is good for cotto... cotto would get tko'd in under 10

I think people are mistakin him for Sergio Mora or something.

Nothing about Martinez leads me to believe that Cotto can catch and hurt him seriously.

I think there is to much natural size difference. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that on a P4P basis Cotto is the better man. Sergio Martinez will NEVER go 15-2 in world title fights. However, even though Sergio is not to fast or to skilled for Cotto, he is to big and to strong.

    This.

Exactly why I think Sergio would have a good chance to win.

Sergio is a good fighter with B/B- level boxing skills. Cotto has a B+/A- level of boxing skill imo.

Sergio would be able to be more competitive because of his natural size advantage. Lets not forget Cotto only JUST moved to lmw and Martinez JUST won the lineal world title at MW.

In my eyes this would be interesting becuase its a Great smaller man Vs A Good bigger man.

Martinez is much too fast for Cotto, too athletic, too clever, too big, too awkward, too good. He's in a different league.

Sergio Martinez by KO. Cotto doesn't have a real chance to beat Martinez, if Sergio landed those punches that Yuri landed in the 3rd and 4th rounds Cotto would of gone down in each round, Martinez's skills are too good. Late rounds stoppage for Sergio.
