mosley has been very quiet since his loss to may. the match was not for the welterweight title, so mosley is still a major force in the division. he doesnt hav many options left but to play gatekeeper for the division and make the rest of the welterwights come to him. WHAT ELSE ARE HIS OPTIONS? clottey also has been very quiet. his match with pac was diapointing to say the least.. he also has faced most of what the welterweight division has to offer in margarito zab judah and cotto which all of those matches where very close. he can still hang around the division even tho theres not much here but 2 opponents who hasnt faught against yet with names he can bank off of. berto and mosley. WHAT ELSE ARE HIS OPTIONS? berto is in a dilema. his bout with shane erlier this year was put off due to the earthquake in haiti. he took a couple months off but showed great resolve by getting back in the ring as soon as possible. but it wasnt against shane who would hav been the biggest test of his career and a chance to unify the titles..it was against lesser known carlos quintana whos only notable win was aginst p. williams. he need bigger tests and noteriey. clottey would be a notable win and a good test.. mosley... well that fight will put him on tha radar for every body from the 140 division to move up and face him!! (after all of them settle themselves out bradley/alexander/kahn/maidena) WHATELSE ARE HIS OPTIONS? jus think if you were any of these fighters.. how would you go about the rest of your career?
Clottey should head to 154lbs. (What else does he have left?) Mosley will wait & see.... Berto will take the first Mega fight he is offered.
i dont kno about mosley stopping berto but.. he will test his chin to the fullest if he doesnt keep his hands up...maybe right about clottey..but shane is not a volume puncher and thats where clottey can hav oppertunitys to catch shane...he cought cotto with some monsterus combos when he opened up.. so he may surprise us... how about clottey vs berto?
Mosley gets beat easily by Clottey and Berto. I'd expect him to retire soon. Berto's combo's would be too much flash for Clottey. He'd steal the rounds and win a close decision.
Hmm, Berto vs. Clottey is actually an interesting fight. I believe Berto has stamina issues, but Clottey is never active enough to test that. So, I can see Berto getting a decision, possibly.
