Cotto will have his hands full against Berto. I believe this based off of Berto and Cotto's last fights. Berto will take enough rounds in the beginning to keep it close enough that Cotto has to continue being aggressive. Cotto doesn't even go to the body much anymore, at least not enough to affect someone as rock-solid as Berto. Plus, he gases as well around the 8th Round. This one goes to the cards. Cotto 7-5.
according to steward cotto can easily make 147 and cotto was planning on coming back down to 147 anyways.
That's actually a fight i'd really like to see, and a tough one to call. Cotto looked excellent in his last fight, but the guy he faced was clearly not an offensive threat. Berto would be. The Cotto that beat Mosley i would heavily favor over Berto, but now i think it's not far from a toss-up, though i still favor Cotto.
the fights not gonna ever happen cotto's going to stay at 154 and berto is going to wind up at 140. it's not gonna be made though i think it would be a good fight
