I may be a fan boy but I'm not stupid :nono

I think Alexander wipes the floor with Khan. And that if Maidana get's in range and fights Khan on the inside, Khan will be knocked out. But I think Khan beats Bradley quite well.

    I know my limits

Christ Witter looks fast and powerful there. He looked so sluggish against Bradley and Alexander is was embarrassing to watch. Wasted prime IMO.

Actually Khan expressed his desire to fight Mayweather or Pacquiao a couple of months before the Malignaggi fight (The article is on BS somewhere) and people did slate him.

:D Great performance not seen Witter pick his shots like that in a long time. Hard to watch him these days with the constant lunging in with nothing landing. Any news on a comeback over there Ice ?

It puts McCloskeys performance tonight into some sort of context.

I haven't heard anything at the moment, TBH I think he'll call it a day and start coaching

He also did it a bit before then, pre world title.

But **** it, fair play to him. He has his hopes and dreams, why not want a fight with the two best in boxing, same way as McCloskey has a desire to fight a paper belt holder like Khan. Although TBF Khan does come out with more bull**** than your average boxer.

I wouldn't mind seeing him give one fight at Welter, nothing to big just to see if theirs something else left.

His power at euro level was something else, shame he didn't get a push in his prime.

I think the most obvious thing is its quite natural to look for world title fights when you're European champion. That is the logical progression.

He hasn't just 'called out' Khan, he said he wants to fight any of the beltholders.

There are plenty of fights around at euro level that he could take but I don't know if his ego would allow him to take a step down....Junior should have pushed 5/6 years ago and to be honest he would have been a household name, he certainly had the style

Witter has no chance now. That's not a style that works when you're getting towards shot status. He's probably at 'past it' status but the thing is that style looks worse than any other when your speed/timing is off. He's not as fast as he was so he's not getting away with those weird punches he throws. As a result his other main attribute his power is diminished.

He never had a high work-rate.

So add it all together...its not a great look.

nothing wrong in this, simple plan, mention a big name and get more exposure for yourself.
