I feel sorry for your boxing coach, when you collapse at training he'll probably get some of the blame.

I don't get how someone can be so idiotic.

He's probably lying his ass off about the number of calories he takes in.

    Must be.

I weigh around 78-80kg. If I tried to eat like that I'd last a day, maybe 2 before I either collapsed or just went insane. The ****** has restictions on how much water he can drink, that water stuff be high in "calaries" :patsch:patsch:patsch:patsch

I'm dehydrated, but I can't drink more water today!! I finished it at 12PM and just had my 7PM workout session, for some reason I'm feeling a little light headed :think

Oh lawd i'm enjoying these responses so much, i think the funniest part is that he still comes back to tell people his diet for the next day..Just to get laughed at some more..Maybe he's starting to go a little delusional because of the 1 meal he's splitting up throughout the day..

    Tomorrows diet once again!

    9am Breakfast Protein Shake

    3 hours later - a apple

2 hours later - Chicken mixed with pasta source

2 hours later - the remaining portion of above

2 hours later - heinz soup

-Slowly drinking a 2 litre bottle of water throughout the day...

I've been taking all your comments in, and they've been very good so far!,

I'd like someone to suggest another good diet though out the day seriously... can be over a 1000 calories, but work...

    Thanks for viewing,

RDJ Thanks for unbanning me :)

Apparently more smaller meals are better for you a day rather then 2/3, so cutting these meals down = we affect the metabolism not so negatively. Which burns more calories at the end of the day, and you don't eat as much though out the day!

Flows these guys know their stuff and are regulars here and take sports and nutrition seriously, very serioulsy.

Listen to their advice , what you are doing is a crash diet and when you simply have to let it go, you will get the re bound effect.

Losing weight quickly is possible but not maintainable.

Check out RDJ's thread on Nutrition, it has lots of good advice. Again, I feel sorry you had to be subjected to all the name calling, but it's just part of posting stuff on here.

I say **** your diet and fight at whatever weight you feel comfortable at.

You cannot be comfortable, if your only eating 1000 cals a day.

    Fact..!
