The mention of 'a mandatory title shot' is just as bad.. Nothing seems mandatory anymore in the Governing Bodies Codes of mis-conduct.
'Mandatory' should in most cases instead read 'if it suits you'. (besides there's so many belts to go around who cares if you bin a few along the way)
Who really knows Bika outside boxing fans, how many of them would pay dollars to see him. $30,000 seems ok unfortunately
Boxing fans certainly appreciate what Bika brings to the table, but you're right, the average person on the street wouldn't know who the hell he was. Unfortunately he's not alone there amongst Aussie fighters.
