I'm staying out of this one, you guys obviously have some previous. I'll admit McCloskey is dominant at domestic and probably Euro level, but there's not too much good competition there for him. He's not world level though.

McCloskey will defeat Khan. Khan is not a bad fighter but he ios overrated and unfirtuntely has inbuilt defects. Will not need to a concussive puncher to stop Khan.
McCloskey wouldn't get close enough to Khan to be able to knock him out. Khan's the superior athlete with the better jab. You're gonna need more than dogged Irish determination to beat Khan I'm afraid.
