Damn, I respect Cotto, but I think he may have gotten a little carried away by his win against Foreman. If they do fight now we will have to go through the one-two and clinch like a mad octopus that Steward will teach him. If not, Margarito will knock him out again.

I don't think he is getting carried away with the victory. I think he is going off on how he felt during training camp and how he feels overall with the sport.

True, but it wasn't a tough grueling fight (Foreman). Margarito will have a lot to prove and won't start off slow (I think). He won't be giving Cotto a chance to breathe and will try to finish off just to prove the first fight was 100% legitimate.

All Cotto will do is clinch to prevent him from building up any rythm and to close up on Margo's space to throw punches. I think this is a very winnable fight under Steward's guidance.

:dealNot clinching and keeping his composure in order to box is what cost him the first fight(assuming there will be a second).

I would love to see him clash with Margo again. In there first fight he was doing a hell of a job before he was overwhelmed, he probably would of won if Margo gloves were not loaded. Common sense tell me they were, if they were loaded for Mosley then they were loaded for Cotto, considering Cotto beat Mosley before he fought Margo.

Margarito would overwhelm him with 32oz gloves, cotto-margarito II will be the same as the first if it does happen.

Cotto just isn't strong enough to give margarito any incentive to slow down.

If Margo gloves were not loaded the fight would of went the distance, if Cotto didn't knock him out first. Just imagine getting beat with a cast, the shots are gonna do more damage to you then just an average punch. It took 11 rounds before Cotto gave in, but if they were average punches he would have been able to take the shots much better and win a split decision.

I think Cotto takes this one....most likely he will fight him like he did Mosley. Push him back staying inside rough-housing him.

Whenever Cotto landed flush and stopped Margarita in his tracks he
danced away instead of pressing him.
When Cotto turned him around into the ropes or the corner Cotto simply danced away.

This time it will be different outcome.

Just please NO Ken Bayless !!!!
