In Mercer's next fight he knocked another guy out of the ring in brutal fashion, guy by the name of Don Steele. Basically almost killed two fighters in back to back fights.

Steele actually fell completely out of the ring, onto his head, and then some random person from the crowd jumped onto his prone body.

Basically the non soap opera version of Cintron/Williams.

I just looked him up on boxrec. After that brutal knockout, Pegues fought 8 more times, including fights against: Calvin Brock, Chris Byrd, Alexander Dimitrenko, Shannon Briggs, Rob Calloway, and David Rodriguez.

He got knocked out in every single one of those 8 fights after Mercer re-enacted Gallagher's comedy routine with Pegue's head playing the part of the watermelon.

If it's possible after viewing that gif, I feel even worse for the guy now that I found that out.

I was thinking the same thing. There's no way a blow like that doesn't **** up a man's brain.

Yeah, he seems like he wants to kill the other guy. He didn't have to do what he did to Morrison. He was out anyway.
