quite looking foward to see. i see big mac taking it to him but fury controlling him with the jab and taking a close UD
The best thing about predicting a fury ko/tko is he could knock himself out as well as mcdermott. Unless fury has improved and stopped arm punching I see mcd winning a ud again.
fury can't fight thin, needs to be strong, wins inside 8 rnds, just hope its not a samuri wrestling match.
These reports about Fury being out of condition and all that, has anyone actually seen any evidence of it? Any reliable first-hand reports or anything like that? It just seems a bit unlikely that he wouldn't be fully motivated for this. I think I'll wait til fight night before having a bet. If Fury shows up looking well conditioned I'll have a tenner on him. If he shows up out of shape then I'll have a tenner on McDermott.
Big Mac looks in terrible shape but is actually a good 12 round fighter and has decent speed and timing.
McDermott deserves the win after last times mugging but i suspect the reports abuot fury being out of shape are wide of the mark and he will turn up in decent ish condition(he is always a bit flabby round the mid rift) and win by a late ko
There's not much to suggest Fury will be any better than last time. He's only had a 4-rounder against a can and a 1st round KO against another can since the last fight. I think he underestimated mcmuffin before but I really feel that with a new trainer, hopefully better conditioning and Fury not being 100% ready mcfatty will get the win. Although I think Fury did underestimate him, Fury also genuinely believes that he won last time so he might be taking it easy in training. It's all speculation, but I will wait to see what condition they both turn up in before I'm sure.
Draw. I'm rooting for Fury, though hae a feeling he still won't be in shape. He needs a consistant trainer and to get in shape. He could be fairly decent, his chin looks alright, he's got good physical attributes, but his waistband isn't one of them. With a reigned in physique, he'd find it easier to put his legs into his punches. Until then, he's a feather fisted heavyweight, which is never a good thing to be.
I will go further with my prediction and say that after the KO McDonut will burst into tears at the unfairness of it all before having triple pie, eels and mash on the way home by way of consolation :deal...according to his mum John isn't fat, he's just big boned
