    ARE u hurt because your platonic love, PW, doesn't get the same respect & love???? Maybe that's why he hasn't been able to fight him... PW is not as big an attraction, at least not yet, therefore not too much money... oh, and tell ur PW to hurry up because the clock is not going back on him!!

    That's cool gotta respect Cotto everyone cannot be as patriotic about the birthplace as Tito or Lopez, hes just a serious guy. Fortunately Cotto is not as dry as Ruiz (even though he was born in the U.S) but still is Rican.

    BTW, I just read the article & it doesn't sound like the title of the thread makes it seem... he uses the word "idolized" as much, which, imo, is different from "not well liked." IDK, maybe I'm reading too much into this.

    Hes one of my favourite fighters, the fact he hasnt let fame change him makes him even more likeable. There are enough false celebrities in the world.

    Cotto is one of the more universally liked fighters in reality. Most people find him hard to dislike. Its a shame that his homeland of all places doesn't support him as much as he deserves.

    I'm not Puerto Rican or Latin for that matter, but Cotto is one of my favorite fighters..in my estimation, a fine fighter and a class A man as well.

    There's a big ****ing difference between "not liked" and "not idolised". The more posts I read the more it becomes apparent that Puertoricane is one of the biggests douches on the site.
