Pretty ironic that he says, "to be the best you gotta beat the best." because his whole reason to fight at 140lbs was to get an easy payday agaisnt Gatti when infact everybody knew Tszyu was the best 140lbs fighter.

Floyd used to be a lot more real... when he was hungry. Once he got on top though, it became more about business. Good interview.

 

Pretty unbelievable that you forgot to mention the part where he says he doesn't feel his work at 140 will be done by beating Gatti and that he wants to fight Tszyu.

It's a good interview and most of the fights he speaks about wanting have actually happened.

 

I lasted 3 minutes....what an incredible douche bag.

 

If he had beaten Tszyu instead of Gatti people would be saying he beat an old version of him, similar to what they say about Hatton giving him a beatdown.

Gatti being the WBC champion is why he went after him.
