    Not necessary IMO.

But I'm cool if Cotto demands the fight be held in Puerto Rico (or NY) infront of Cotto's hometown fans. This way Cotto will not wait anymore if Margarito gets a US license again.

Cotto can demand anything he wants. In fact, Cotto refusing to fight this fraud would be justified.

People are nuts if they think the chin is what won Margarito the fight. Cotto has good stamina, he was more than cappable to win a confortable UD against Margarito, if Margarito didn't hit him with cement, which took the steam off Cotto.

The same 'extraordinary capacity for punishment ' that saw Mosley bounce him around the ring like a ginger haired step child?

Agreed. He was bleeding out of his eyes and ears for Christ's sake. It looked like stigmata!

No. Cotto will win this fight comfortably with his superior boxing skill.

I would demand that a third party wraps Margarito's gloves.

Cotto has more lumps and swell in the Pacquiao fight (photo on left). Did anyone checked PAC's wraps?

Doesn't prevent his team from attempting to place screwdrivers, nails, horseshoes, or any other set of items in and around those wraps. Remember, the wraps themselves were not the problem, it's what was placed inside

Comparing those two images alone are inconclusive. By the time Cotto got in the ring with Pac, he had already endured punishing fights by Margarito and Clottey; thus weakening his face tissues considerably. It's no surprise that a ruthless fighter like Pacquiao can do that damage even with non-loaded gloves

He should demand a blood test, have a MRI done on his wraps, a lie detector test, a sperm sample, a swearing on his mother name, and his first born child.

Seriously, this is boxing with all it's flaws. He needs to either accept the way things are in boxing, fight for lasting changes in the way things are regulated and what oversights are provided, or go find another sport to compete in, like MMA.

No, why would he? People here make it sound like urine testing is inadequate when the truth is only HGH is not detectable by urine tests. And HGH has been studied to have no benefits to boxing other than it adds weight while giving you no extra power.

Pacquiao also endured punishing fights with Morales and Marquez. PAC has a big prominent scar on his right eyebrow but Cotto wasn't able to open up that old scar.

I think all fights should go with blood testing esp. randomly. Boxing needs this type of testing, they are actually behind to other sports when it comes to testing methods.

No just let his team pick the gloves and wraps . That's it .
