Actually this is not a deal breaker as I've already said 147 will be fine which you conveniently left out in your quote hence the repetition.

Why 146? Floyd's last 2 weigh-in weights were at 146 and PAC's last weigh-in weight at 145.75 lbs. Both can make 146 comfortably.

But if Floyd demands 147 it's no big deal.

So if Floyd has weighed 146 in his last 2 fights then who would a catchweight of 146 be benefiting?

it's actually been stated more as a fact and not as an excuse..

    you're obviously second guessing.

It's quite clearly being built up as an excuse beforehand which is why it's getting repeated so much, height and reach wise Mayweather isn't any bigger than Morales, the only difference is he knows how to use both better.

Weight wise I don't think there will be much difference between them on the night of the fight, maybe a lb or 2 but not much because Floyd isn't a big welterweight.

I know I know... Floyd won't ever give an inch to his opponents. He even cheated the already small JMM by 2 lbs. at the scale by coming in at 146 instead of the originally agreed weight of 144 lbs.

It's a fact that both can make 146 comfortably but like I said, I think 147 is no problem with Team Pacquiao.

that could be conveniently used, as one cannot refute the fact that pac truly is the smaller guy of the two. facts are facts i must say..

im sure floyd fans would also be able to find another excuse if the baseless roid allegations doesn't hold up.:good

You didn't answer the question though, you've just flapped your gums and a load of bollocks appeared.

146lb catchweight won't give an advantage to either fighter as both make that weight comfortably so there is no case to make at all.

I'm not sure how many Pac fans will be back if he loses to even use that excuse.

This thread has a big potential to beat Uliuli's De La Hoya-Pac prediction thread as the biggest crowfest on ESB.

IMO, just as exciting as the potential Mayweather-Pac fight. :yep

Then why it seems you're protesting if the fight is made at a catchweight of 146 lbs.? :D

    Just take it like this:

    Reach - advantage Floyd
    Size - advantage Floyd
    Defensive Skills - advantage Floyd
    Speed - maybe even
    Etc.

You're contradicting yourself here. If 146 won't present any advantage to either boxers then the fight can be made at that weight without question.

I'm not protesting, you said there was a case for the fight being made at a 146 catchweight, when I asked you what that case would be and who it would give the advantage to you started going on about Floyd cheating Marquez.

I don't need to set it out saying who has the advantage in different areas btw, Mayweather is just a far superior talent and you will see that if they get it on.

You notice the list is incomplete. It's intentionally done that way to give Floydiots a false sense of confidence.

If 146 won't present any advantage to either boxers then the fight can be made at that weight without question.

Floyd is probably 5 pounds naturally heavier than Pac. Size difference seen more with height and reach.
