If Margo-Cotto II is negotiated.. Should Cotto demand blood testing?

margarito should not be allowed to box again, but since he is, i think blood testing and all other kinds of strict **** should be enforced on that douche

 

The only thing they really need to check is his wraps and for excessive grease in his hair!!!

 

Says the commission who, of course, have nothing to gain by saying that. It's fair to have suspicions when not a single major news source has picked up their claims in any depth. Certainly, my opinion is that Margo probably didn't cheat. He should have felt invulnerable after the Cotto win, but looked appalling in sparring for Mosley, getting beaten up by guys that wouldn't have troubled him before.

The choice to wear wraps for that fight (which he must have known about) sounds more likely as a one off. But the spectre of how he turned it around against Cotto makes it hard to credit. Bigger punchers had hit Cotto and he'd never looked like that before. Admittedly, the volume of shots played a part, but it's still hard to ignore.

Either way, Margo cast a shadow over his career by doing that against Mosley.

To answer the point though, blood testing would be pointless. It won't detect cheating from two years ago, so what would it prove in a rematch where he'd be watched like a hawk.

Also, I think Margo's punch resistance has gone - the abuse Cotto meted out to him diminished him, and Mosley finished the job.

 

I heard Cotto wants both of Margo's hands to be tied behind his back/+ wear big clown shoes.

 

It couldn't hurt. I would be taking absolutely every measure to ensure a clean, fair fight.

 

The clown shoes would actually be fitting on Rockgloves, wouldn't they?

 

Cottoe needs to man up and quit looking for ways to pusy out of this fight. Any extra testing outside the norm would be a disgrace and blatant duck.

If anyone needs plaster in his wraps for this fight it's Miguel cotto... because he's not going to dent Margarito's chin any other way.

 

He could still win on points. Margarito has a good chin we know but having a good chin is not enough to win fights.

 

I think Cotto loses by KO and even quicker this time, but that's just me.

 

We'll see if margarito can punch without plaster. It took pacquiao a thousands punches before he finally stopped cotto. Margarito doesn't have the speed of pacquiao and now i don't even know if he has KO power. I mean who knows how long his been using those plaster?

 

There as much proof that Margarito used plaster against Cotto than there is of Pac juicing up!
