Should be held at 154 for Cotto's title...IF Cotto wants to give Marg the chance. Of course he has every right to refuse given how things played out. Not sure myself if Marg cheated but there was a few things that were suspect that can't be completely verified. I agree that Cotto would beat Marg at 154 with Steward working his corner.

Margo owns him and Cotto knows it as well. Margarito has stated that Cotto keeps avoiding him and walking away from him when they run into each other. He's going to put an all-time beatdown on Cotto if they rematch and end his career.
Concreto is staying at 154 yet continues to call out 147lbers like he called out 130lbers when he was at 147, his shameless crew of no hopers continue to praise. If he calls out a 154lber it will be someone he already fought and beat or someone as smaller than him as possible. I also see his fans now talking about Concreto planning to take less risky fights for more money, isn't that the reason why they claim they hate Mayweather?, what happened to pride, glory and "being broke and worthless like us" over money baby!
Fight should be at 154. With Steward in his corner I think Cotto gets it done. If he works the body more and clinches when Margarito swarms him, he should win this bout easy.
I'd like for Cotto to beat his cheating ass, but I think Margarito has Cotto's number. The biggest thing to be taken from the first fight is not how effective Margarito's punches were but how ineffective Cotto's were. Cotto hit him a Lot and never hurt Margarito in the slightest. That doesn't bode well for Cotto in a rematch.
I still hate to see Margo get another big payday!!! But if they make the fight,then make at 154... And i hope Cotto will knock that mother****er right back to tijuana... At 154,with Steward it will be a different fight IMO.... But still....Margarito is just the fighter i hate so...
