Clottey looks ripped here, not big. He's short, and about the average walking around weight for a grown. Same with Antonio Margarito. They just look so much bigger because average welters are normally slighlty below average height and weight.

I'am presuming these are all.....AMERICAN'S who are know doubt driven by the terror of failed expectation & the $$$$$ god. But anyone with a modicom of common sence will accept the fact that for every one cheat there are 1,000's who don't & too just view any champion achievment by any sportsman in their chosen field as suspect is to me undermining the whole process of advancement in your chosen sport & it's a cowards way out for the unsuccesfull. Casting aspersions with not one ounce of proof onto a fellow atheletes achievents & not being held accountable for those slanders/libels is the way of the weak/sheep & only leads to dictatorship.

so...what you're saying is it's impossible for today's athlete's to perform the way athlete's in the 1970s-80s performed without steroids?

Oh i read every line. But if you take every achievement that an athlete does with a grain of salt, then why bother giving them any sort of accolade? Are you going to tell an Olympic Athlete that their medal ceremony is on hold pending drug testing results? Do you watch every up and coming fighter and say to yourself, "Man that Danny Jacobs is a great fighter,I hope he's clean" or "Saul Canelo es muy bien! No steroids neccesito!" **** no you don't. Because they aren't at a good enough level that you question their ability.
Why is Manny being singled out?Because he started at Flyweight as a starving 16 year old?Because he's Asian and "Filipinos don't look like him( actual quote from a guy on my ship)? Because Floyd Sr says he's on steroids? Because Roger is so bugged out and grasping for straws that he makes up a drug for Manny to be on using distorted ****ing reasoning and bull**** historical facts?

If you suspect every athlete of being on steroids, it takes away any and all amazement and prestige to their achievement. Why the **** should we even still pay attention to these people if they could all be juicing? I believe it's the exception, not the rule. You have to give athlete's a certain benefit of a doubt or start them off with zero credibility and that's bull**** to me.

    Excellent post:good

It all smacks of 50's McCarthyism paranoia! "Reds under the Bed" If yer nieghbours been accused of being a "Commie" because he's grown red roses in his back yard (Why not the front WHY'S HE HIDING THEM) then why not the whole street he lives in as it stands to reason they must have talked to each other at least once a year so it's obvious they must be conspiring in un-american activities:nut

It appears to me the herd have already been infected with mad cow disease & can no longer reason for themselves & have accepted the sage words of wisdom from such outstanding charactors in the boxing community as the Mayweather clan so it must be true:smoke

Mayweather "retired" in late 2007, pretty much didn't get tested for over 2 years, came back in unbelievable shape and better than ever. All of a sudden he asks for random drug testing to clean up the sport, but everyone knows that he could have just cycled off that **** 6 weeks before his fight against Shane and he would have tested clean as a whistle.

That's more suspect than someone saying he doesn't like having blood withdrawn too close to the fight.

If Pac was really on PEDs he would have accepted the OST and cycled off the PEDs 6 weeks before the fight, just to avoid any scrutiny.

So then where is the line drawn? You don't count as being on anything until you do something people don't think you should be capable of?

My support for Pacquiao isn't undying ,the suspicions against him are unfounded. There's a difference. It's good to know that you never mentioned Pacquiao up until i defended him but funny that he falls exactly in line with your examples.

As an aside, has Armstrong actually tested positive or was it just Floyd Landis trying to out him?
