Said his fighter, Povetkin, is still in training in Jersey with him, and is not certain that his fighter will meet Klitschko this fall. He could possibly face someone else before he faces Klitschko.

As long as Wladimir Klitschko ends up fighting Haye and Povetkin, I don't think most people will mind what order the fights occur. If Povetkin does have another fight before his clash with Klitschko, he might consider fighting someone that can simulate Klitschkos style. Sykes, Estrada, etc. are decent scalps, but they don't exactly give a proper imitation of what Povetkin must deal with against Klitschko.

You people wouldn't listen regarding Haye would you?
Do you have any idea how ridiculous it is to call a fighter a coward. If the terms are right Haye will fight Wlad or Vitali. You seem to ignore the fact that he was willing to fight Wlad in only his 2ND HW fight. Why aren't you asking questions of K2 and why they were willing to defend against a HW novice originally.

Of course they are trying to negotiate with him. Young Klitschko knows all he has to do is somehow get Haye in the ring - as difficult as it is since Haye is doing everything to avoid it - and he can knock him cold. It's all but guaranteed to end with Haye on the canvas if it comes off.

Funny how most haye fans were saying..'if wlad doesnt fight Haye he is ducking".. Wlad all set to fight haye.. Haye backs out (for whatever reason)

NOW... you ask "Why are they willing to defend against a HW novice originally"

    MAKE UP YOUR MIND

    Is haye ready or not?

Don't be a fool. Why is Haye negotiating if he's trying to avoid a Klitschko?

there is a big difference in negotiating.

    1. Negotiating to actually fight
    &
    2. Negotiating with NO intention of fighting but can save face by saying they tried

    IMO its #2 for Haye

    Rubbish
I'm only saying that people are ignoring the fact that Haye wanted to fight the best when he was a HW novice. Now he's a ducking Wlad apparently cause he's scared to fight him if you believe the brainwashing that goes on in this forum. The Klits thought he would be an easy defence originally which fits into their approach to the business.

If Haye had ANY INTEREST in fighting the Klits he could simply appear on Sky Sports (via telephone if he doesn't feel like traveling) and simply say something along the lines of:

"Yes I appreciate Wlad's challenge and after careful consideration I gladly accept. We just have to agree on the financial and legal terms, then I am more than happy to meet him in the ring and knock him the f*** out! I can't wait to fight him!!!"

Why can't he say that??? Why is he still hiding, 8 weeks after Wlad called him out?

Jesus Christ the guy could/should have already fought BOTH brothers by now.

He faked an injury to back out of a fight last Summer with Wlad and then took the easy way out to fight Valuev only to run the whole fight and throw 11.9 punches a round.:rofl:patsch

other than the fact he provided evidence and he got paid 10x more money to fight Valuev thats a good point..............also how would you go about fighting Valuev?
