    how about marvelous marvin hagler?
    52 KOs from 62 wins (84% KO ratio) but was never a devastating puncher. though i think a lot of those KOs are from cuts and stoppages.

    Holmes comes to mind. He pounded people to death with his jab and his Ko ratio wasn't bad.
