You can all argue all you want an daccuse each other of being a moron but the trurth remains that this fight ain't happening and it's uselees predicting who would win because it's subjective.

All you people can do is compare their records and accomplishments to see who's better. Still there would arise a lot of arguments but these are facts that cannot be denied.

All in all, Pernell is a top ten ATG fighter and pac may someday become one although I don't think he cares at all.

Whitaker's style was nothing like Marquez's. Sure, they're both good technical boxers but thats where the similarity ends. Marquez is an aggressive counter puncher who is a much better puncher than Whitaker ever was, whereas Whitaker's skill was in his foot and body movement, backed up with fast hands and solid power.

The truth is, Pacquiao has never fought a guy like Whitaker and you're stretching to refer to Marquez, as a reason why Pacquiao would lose. The comparison is so far off, it is absurd to mention them both.

Whitaker never fought anyone like Pacquiao, Pacquiao has never fought anyone like Whitaker.

Let's leave it at that and just admit the fact that both are great fighters of different eras.

Agree with these. Who has ever beaten Pac decisively? His work rate and commitment give more skilled fighters plenty of problems. Morales still only beat him 7-5 despite that being labeled a 'schooling' by many. And that wasn't the best Manny Pacquaio. Whitaker has been dropped by lesser fighters.

Sweet Pea is my favourite fighter of all time by the way.

Just a reminder in case all you have already forgotten, in ESB or everywhere else, Pac always loses in fantasy matches.

I am confident it will not be an easy fight for WETAKER as people think. I have studied Wetaker closely and the opponents he has faced.

There nothing like Pac, not one. Witaker will have the fight of his life.

I love pernell but i don't see how he's a top 10 atg. His resume is a win over chavez, mcgirt, azumah and vazquez. Pacquiao already has a deeper resume. Whitaker tends to get overrated by boxing fans.

By the way pernell didnt get robbed against oscar at all, he was throwing weak jabs at oscar's arms and hugging him the whole fight, hardly a win.

So what, ring changes thier opinion all the time and they exclude fighters before 1920. By the way they have aaron pryor in thier top 40, lol.

Pac has already surpassed Pernell in terms of accomplishments and only pernell has himself to blame. He could have fought camacho, ike quartey, kostya tyszu, and terry norris. But instead chose to fight guys like cardona, jacobs, rodriguez, rivera, and hurtado instead.
