The stereotyping of British fighters and fight fans.

british fighters are not weak chinned, biased or lacking boxing knowledge.they just have there own stlye of boxing just like others.onlything a british fighter needs to do sometime is fight outside of there backyards sometimes.that way they can fight the afro american slick fighters, are the hard hitting mexicans warriors ect ect.other then that besides there talk there are the same as all the other boxers.

we all lace up one glove at a time folks, GET OVER IT.

what a load of rubbish - look at the americans who love Taylor - a total glass jawed joke, or pavlik - a big hype job. people support fighters for lots of reasons - not always cause they think they are unbeatable. and when you support a fighter it is generally the done thing to believe in them and stand up for them.

 

look at fighters like jeff lacey and jermain taylor like you sayed.most people like fighters the feel connection with.if the fighter grew up poor and the hard way blah blah then people who went through that tend to root for that guy.it all depnds on what you like in a fighter.we are all differnet so that means we all will like different fighters.

Alot of american like Taylor because he's a class act that isn't afraid to fight the toughest fighters out there. Some americans like Pavlik but some hate Pavlik. Some like Paul Williams but same hate him in which all are American fans. But i can tell you one thing American fight fans that comes to this esb have say some dumb thing and say some good post but no one is worse then ****** anglosaxon who's from england.

 

Some Brit's have a hard time with the Bhop/Taylor/Pavlik circle because of Ole Joe.

I'm British and i must admit i cringe when i see some post's by British guy's on here. The problem is most (apparent) boxing fan's over here are basically drunken football fans/and/or people who've caught a few fight's and now think they're Bert Sugar.

It's the main reason i come on and use this forum, because i only have a handful of friend's who actually know boxing, so coming on here is actually intresting and informing

 

They're the same guy anyway.
