It's a very positive news from 2 sites that say all side agree upon. Even both Arum and De la hoya are saying it's very close of happening. God i hope it happens cause as everybody says it's the biggest fight in boxing history.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is true, team Pacquiao have showed more interest in making this since Mayweather returned and now they have given the green light yet again for nearly a week and team Mayweather aren't responding.

Cotto? Nobody wants to see Cotto get knocked out again in embarrassing fashion. The last fight wasn't even competitive. We want to see Pacquiao fight Hatton again instead.

 

pac should just give floyd his 60% and be done with it. have it in the contract that if he wins by knockout or decision (not a pre-mature stoppage due to a cut or DQ) and floyd wants a rematch then it's done at 75/25 PACs favor.

i think floyd deserves at least 60/40.

yes, PAC has been on a fantastic and historic tear these past few years, but Floyd is perfect his whole career.
seriously, PAC is looking at $40M for this fight.
if he's not willing to give 60/40 then screw'em.
i honestly believe he cares more about his fans than most fighters do and i think giving in to this (reasonable) demand would show his fans that he wants the fight.
his fans will never know what it's like to have that much money so it's all a croc of **** if he doesn't take the fight.
the fans want him to fight and honestly don't care about his squabbling over MILLIONS of friggin dollars.

why not 60/40 winner easy. mayweather needs pac to make that amount of money and vice versa. who could mayweather fight that will make half this much money 50/50 is fair or 60/40 winner.

 

Those "insiders" should just honestly shut their mouths.

Some of them (like Koncz and a couple of others) just like to talk and spill private insider conversations just to feel important.

Not saying that your insider friend is like that, I'm just thinking that this talk just does not help the fight at all.
