Boxers Diet

    The second is more difficult, though it is a better option, and even if you did that you could get the calories with simple quick multiplication. Also i agree that not that either is really necessary past a couple days; after a couple days you can get an estimate if your eating about right or not. But working with people on bulking phases, who need a higher intake of calories, it is very common for them to overestimate the calories they get. I'm sure it works the other way as well.

    I personally think counting calories is a waste of time. Calories don't matter, the composition what you eat does.

    Just go on a water diet.

    Bowl of water and ice for breakfast. Hot water as beverage.

    Ice for lunch. With a pint of Water.

    Then for dinner have four ice cubes and a glass of warm water.

    Sweet.

    Don't overdo it though.

    I dont go too far one way or the other callories do matter but not all calories are created equal. And a calorie that is equal for one person may not be as equal for another.
