If pac is top 10 then after floyd beats him, floyd will be even greater than that.

yea if Hearns and Hagler were greater than Duran, and Winky was greater than Mosley, and Ceferino Garcia was equal to Henry Armstrong, etc... you might have a point.

Funny how pac will lose his p4p ranking as soon as he loses to mayweather. Yet Pac only got his number 1 p4p ranking when mayweather retired.

History will look at this fact and will not dare place pac ahead of floyd on the p4p ATG list.

Pac would've taken the p4p top spot regardless of wether Floyd retired or not. It was a non-factor. Pac took Floyd's last two wins before his retirement and made them both look like tomato cans. That was a major reality check. And then he destroyed the guy who beat Judah. So Pac although moving up from super featherweight outshined what Floyd was able to do as a WW and it kind showed how Floyd was overhyped. That's a 3 division difference.

No he wouldn't have. Floyd would have taken on 2 more top notch challenges and remained p4p the best. Instead he retired, now he back people are split as to who the true p4p number 1, which is why this fight is so highly anticipated.

When it's all said and done the winner will settle this argument once and for all and only the losers nuthuggers fans will still argue for their man to be considered the best.

all i can say at the moment is that he has a very amazing and impressive record. i haven't really evaluated who are my top 10 ATG.

from what i have heard he started at 104lbs?! is this true?! How many 104pounders today will have a chance to beat somebody at 145/147 pounder?!

Can some haters give me a list?! for the pac fans can somebody pls give me an accurate breakdown of his record?!

You should say that to Philla, because he says pac WOULD have taken top spot anyway.

but Pac DID take the top spot. Regardless of what Floyd did or didn't do, the bottom line is that Pac took the top spot, and that's a fact. Pac was p4p #1, and Floyd was not.

Floyd could easily have lost a fight if he didn't take his little retirement. He made the decision that was best for him.

History is littered with great small boxers fighting above their best weightclass and losing to less great, bigger fighters.
