As much as Id love to see macklin knock barker out, I think he should just fight Lorenzo. Thats the easiest route he can get to a world title. I think lorenzos a tugher fight than sylvester though

I'd go with that. Take on Lorenzo in the eliminator and get that title shot a.s.a.p
Don't take any more fights than nessecary to get to a world title tilt. Just follow the path of least resistance then worry about fighting the best that are out there once you are champion.

Well the plan is for him to fight Barker very soon. That will earn him a decent few snots and then take on Lorenzo in the eliminator. I think Macklin is very confident of the win against Barker so he doesn't have any qualms about risking throwing away his chances of an eliminator shot. It's been a long time since he was in the ring also, so a Barker fight would be great to shake off some rust and prep himself for the biggest fight of his career.

This is great news. I couldn't think of a better scenario for Macklin, looks like the wait has been worth it. If Mack does get a shot at Sylvester, he won't allow himself to be screwed by those robbing German ****s. He'll have Sylvester on his arse in the mid rounds. :yep
