Can't stand him. I think he comes out with ******ed comments whenever he opens his pie hole. He screams and shouts and is way too over-theatrical for my liking. Why Setanta felt the need to let this guy as part of a commentry panel is beyond me. He screamed, shouted and spat his way through Hatton - Castillio to the point where I actually felt anger in my ears and eyes. Some of you guys love him on here - each to their own, but me, I think he is a ****.
Bunce seems a good guy who puts a lot of hard work in, but he's just too irritating. It also doesn't help that he mostly talks complete nonsense. He used to be hated on this forum until he started the boxing hour on Setanta, then everyone started arse licking him :silly. This evening with Haye & Bunce sounds unbearable.
A bit of old-school hate is good. Do the haters listen to the BBC show? Over 300 boxers/promoters/trainers interviewed in one year. Try it, you might learn something. Adios.
I still love ya Steve!!! I went to Bunce's show in wallington. Was a top night with some decent names. If I could go to this one I would. Steve's a top bloke and really who else has done more to get British boxing seen and heard over the last decade? Most of the people that don't like steve's style would still say he's great for the sport.
Who doesn't though? Seriously, no pundit is ever going to think like you do about everything all the time. I like Bunce, I think he's done a lot for boxing and he genuinely cares. I don't particularly like or agree with his business > sport stuff but that's just the way things are and I think he's just a glass half full kind of guy. But each to their own. If we had to swap him for Kellerman or someone like Lampley I'd be sick as a dog. Anyway, if anybody's going to this they really ought to heckle the crap out of Haye if this Audley nonsense turns out to be happening. **** bottles-the works.
