Why would PAC need to fight at another catchweight? He just beat a much bigger clottey at 147. Size is not an issue, talent is.

exactly. Clottey is a WW and like you said he was much bigger than Pac. I don't see why Pacquiao should keep fighting guys who have a size advantage on him, especially against Floyd when its a fight to prove who is the best pound for pound fighter.

So it's okay to fight at the ww limit as long as it's not against floyd. You do realise PAC is the 2nd best WW and has a WW title and looks better than he ever has. This WW fight will show just who is the best pound 4 pound boxer.

I think the WW fight will show who is the best WW.

Pac is not at his best at WW because his opponents are too big compared to him. He's still an elite WW, but its not his #1 division at the moment.

When will pac fans just accept that manny is a WW now, his last 4 fights have been at WW, he holds a WW title. all this whinging about him being too small for everyone else and he is the underdog but conquers the giants of the boxing world. If he cant fight at the correct weight and he is too small its simple.......fight at 140 or 135 and not ask for catchweights and draining his opponents.

    Can....worms......open!!!!

his last 4 fights have not been at WW.

he fought Hatton at Super LW and weighed in at 138

that's the problem with the Pac haters, they will make up bull**** lies just to discredit Pacquiao.

im far from being a pac hater i am a boxing fan pure and simple.I think manny is an excellent entertaining boxer and imy hard earned cash goes in his pocket from PPV but if he weighed 138 and hatton was 140 thats mannys fault surely?

-on the other hand he is number 2 pfp and a pro so if he is taking the fights then he knows before hand who he is fighting and the size of the opponent he will face.

then how you gonna say Pac fought his last 4 fights at WW when he fought Hatton at Super Lightweight? Do you even know what Pac's last 4 fights are?

Pac last fight he weighed in at 145

Mayweather last fight he weighed in at 146.

The days of pac weighing in at 142 against oscar are over. manny is a WW.

First the drug-testing, now the money, we all told the Floydettes way back when that Floyd would keep on conjuring up roadblocks to ensure this fight doesn't happen, they laughed at us then, maybe they will start to see the light soon...

oh you have caught me out i really dont know who he has fought.wait 5 minutes while i check boxrec or maybie an expert like yourself could tell me otherwise i would have to guess!! so after the mayweather fight if manny loses what will be the excuses?too small compared to the huge floyd??!!
