Fedor Emelianenko: "I'm Not A Fan Of The UFC"

You are aware they won't let Fedor fight in the UFC without co-promoting their events, right?

 

Long story short, Fedor thinks the UFC is overhyped for what it delivers and Dana White is a tool.

This article is just one more reason Fedor is my favorite fighter:good

 

I'm not on either side or making excuses for anyone. But Fedor is the warrior type. A man of his pedigree would not be able to sit through that awful ****ing cringeworthy UFC theme tune. Randy Couture is a gem. But look at guys like Brock Lesnar and Josh Koshcheck. The USA high school jock wrestling fathead wooing dumbass mother ****ers. I don't believe in God, but i do believe in Ryu from streetfighter. Ken is a ****ing clown. And there is nobody in the UFC that Fedor would have any reason to fear.

Admittley i dont know the whole story and what goes on behind the scnes. But if i had to choose, i'd lean towards Dana White is a bellend.

I'm not a fan of MMA, but I did take a liking to it when Pride was around. I find UFC to be all glamour and such, not the hardore **** Pride had.

Not a fan of the UFC either, tbh I hate the scoring, the org, the fans, the style, the stench, everything about it, except the fact that they put on fights every once in a while inbetween bouts where two guys lay on top of one another and talk ****, rather than try to submit one another.. So, I watch it, and have even paid for certain events which showcase fighters I have loved for a long time and they still give me great enjoyment.

 

:rofl Why? because he doesn't want to be a slave to the contract? Why is it that every other org in the world cross-promotes, lets their fighters fight in other orgs, doesn't stop their sponsors from advertising, doesn't talk **** about their fighters, the owners/presidents don't act like loudmouth, unprofessional fratboys? Overall the UFC is not attractive (besides money) to an athlete who wants to control his future.

How dare you talk like that? Dana is GREAT for MMA!! Matter of fact the problem is M1 NOT the UFC and their slave wage!

 

No way man, **** Dana White for pushing for the unified rules and actively working to have the best fighters on the planet fighting under one org. How dare he popularize a sport by which fighters get paid lucrative amounts of money to rep sponsors. WTF wont he just co-promote shows with an org no one cares about and only has one fighter anyone gives a **** about?

 

get Dana's balls out of your mouth I can't understand you.

I understand he has done something to help the sport in the name of capitalism but you can't ignore the fact he wants it ALL for himself and NOT for the good of the sport. Trapping people into lifetime contracts and one-sided deals isn't what someone who puts the good of the sport above all else does.
