Bunce, despite his occasional hyperbolic style, is a good thing in UK boxing. Informed, passionate, opinionated - whether you like him or not, he's at least working to get boxing back on telly and in a more deep way than Sky deal with the sport. I couldn't stand him when he started, but he's easily one of the best boxing journalists in the UK right now.
haha brilliant, people badmouthing bunce and the man turns up! im a big fan of steve bunce, he speaks his mind, although he does tend to sit on the fence when picking a winner which is fair enough, if it was'nt for him we wouldnt have got as many fights on setenta as we did. the voice of british boxing is our steve.
FFS he even managed to get Barry McGuigan on the radio show the other week. If Barry has started to like Steve now, the rest of us should bloody love him!!!
