Junior Witter?

Last I heard, he'd done his knee playing football. I know that he was looking to move up to Welterweight before the injury.

 

He's back in September at welterweight. Recent interviews seem to suggest that he wants a shot at Berto. Unfortunately for him he's dropped to 13 in the WBC rankings, whilst he's been injured.

 

Him and Paulie M for the European Welterweight title would be a good fight.

He'll have to fight five times in Europe before he's elligible. Good opportunity for Paulie to relocate his kayo power at his new weight.:good

i know malinaggi spent part of his childhood in Italy. Does he have dual nationality ? if so what would this do for his eligibility to fight for the european championship .

 

Nothing concrete but this is one of a few reports linking Paulie to the Italian/ Euro title.

Would like to see him back. A fight with Berto would be brilliant but can't see it happening. Why not fight Matthew Hatton? That'd be a great domestic scrap and there's plenty enough of a story there!

 

Being European alone doesn't make you eligible if i remember right you need to have a certain amount of fights there. Duddy around the Eastman fight was thinking about this route, Lee in recent times as well.

 

I don't think he'll fight again.
