right now i am training 5 days a week mon-fri

mon, wed, thurs are with my coach at the gym

tues, fri i train by myself at the gym

i just found out that i can also work with him on sat from 11-1

should i add that to the schedule or should i drop one of the days i work by myself?... ontop i also am going to begin to run 3 miles 4x a week and possibly do a fullbody workout 2x a week(i have alot of muscle so idk if i will because im tired enough from boxing)

Recovery is just as important as training. Its the recovery from training that makes you improve.

Depends what your doing and how clued up your coach is. It also depends what your training goals are? Are you actively fighting? You shouldn't do certain activities two days in a row- plyometrics for example. You need to plan out your training intelligently if you do then you could train seven days a week but realise that you should be resting after harder workouts.

Ive always found the best way is three on one off then two on 1 off
make sure your hardest sessions are the day before your "off" day.
Its great for the mind and youll find you work harder during your time in the gym rather than just going through the motions.

I don't know, I usually go 6 days a week but noticed that my body begins to grow tired and don't see any type of benefits.

    NO.

leave the WE off.train properly during the week and give your body a rest.

i know guys they did exactly what you do and they got burned out after three months

5 months out you shouldn't be conditioning for a fight - so you should be ok as the workouts shouldn't be too overwhelming. 6 days of tech work is quite a lot though.

Recovery is important but recover right. Active recovery is better than sitting on the couch. Go out for a hike with a lady. Go dancing etc. Dont spend all day at home playing wow.

You can also have training days that are recovery days. Instead of busting your ass work on the mental game.
