Right, but you're saying Pacquaio was stopped.... we know under what conditions.

He has since taken on barrera x2, morales x3, marquez x2, cotto, clottey, hatton, DLH.

Safe to say his chin will be able to take a few right hand leads from mayweather.

Mayweather obviously is the favorite and everything has already been covered here about what he will do.

Now Pac is going to get frustrated. He's been winning easy in all his recent fights. Can he continue to press forward when the frustration sets in and throw punches in bunches? Cause he has to do that to get those punches from odd angles in.

And even the guys that do get some punches off, most are wasted due to Mayweather's brilliant Defense. Pac will have to throw like 5 and 6 and hopefully the one that lands comes from some peculiar angle and makes an impact on Floyd.

Pac is also of course going to be hit A LOT. Now Floyd may not be a KO puncher, but he punches with great accuracy and the shots will accumulate. Pac will have to fight through that as well.

If Pacman pulls it off, I would seriously make him top 10 all time p4p. He has a huge mountain to climb if he doesn't land a massive shot early and someone get Floyd out of there. That is very unlikely though.

Well, the Cotto fight showed he can handle it. Only thing is, he will get hit more in this fight and Floyd does have some pop even if not a KO puncher at the weight. Could maybe be an accumulation stoppage. He did look a little busted up after his last 2 fights.

Yeah, but he won't be stopped. He wants the fight too much and he has the entire philippines to give an explanation to if he loses.

I think he will make it to the bell no matter what.
He's almost forgot how to lose.

If May stops Pac, someone earned the money they are willing to bet on it.

Probably so. No, I wouldn't bet on it personally. Decision by Floyd is most likely. Pac will push himself to the max, and he will either knock out Floyd or just bring the best out of Floyd.

After watching Mayweather walk down, out-muscle and just basically beat Mosley up I have no idea what sort of gameplan he's going to go with.

I wasn't expecting anything like that.

Might be more than a few bro!

The only guys who hit harder than Floyd out of your list are Cotto, Clottey and Oscar. Maybe Hatton as well.

    Hatton only listen 6 minutes:lol:
De La Hoya was a ghost at 145lbs and couldn't do ****
Cotto's assault was weathered after the 6th
    Clottey was terrified

Pacquiao is going to be getting hit far more often with punches that he won't see coming. That could make a difference in terms of his resistance.

    Could!

We'll see. I'm certain enough to lay down some cash when the fight gets signed if you are. Doesn't even have to be 5 grand, we could go 200$ or something.

Clottey doesn't hit harder than Mayweather, debatable if Cotto does too.

Are you offering the same odds as bookmakers?

Or do you expect someone to offer you an evens bet?

I'm saying he won't get knocked out, if someone thinks it's going to happen, we'll bet.

I'm not making the claim he'll knock him out, i'm denying it will happen.

I imagine Cotto hits harder than Floyd overall, but Floyd will be able to hit Pac harder than either of those two did I think.

Pac may give him a good fight, but in the end Floyd boxing ability is gonna prevail. Pac eagerness to get close is gonna be his down fall. His overwhelming punching is gonna leave him open for counter punches all night. If Pac catch Floyd he might be able to finish the fight, but that's a big if, considering Mosley couldn't do it. We no Floyd can elevate himself the next level up when in trouble. I'm not sure Pac can do the same as well.

I can get 11/1 with a bookmaker here in the UK for Floyd to KO Pacquiao.

Are you prepared to offer the same odds?
