Yet another fighter Mayweather will duck and claim the money wasn't right. I know Mayweather likes to claim he didn't fight ______ beacuse the money wasn't right. He can go ahead and make the arguement the money wasn't right but it's highly hypocritical when he was fighting hopeless garbage like N'dou, Corley, Bruseles and Mitchell when more profitable fights could have been made with more credible oppenents. The fact is if somebody is protecting themselves from a loss it's Mayweather not Pacquiao, because Pacquiao has demonstated he'll take the harder oppenents and loss if necessary. He has no track record of avioding tough competition. If Mayweather is truefully that he fights for money than he won't pass up the most profitable fight of his life. It's either $40 million (probably more) or ZERO. The fact is Pacquiao can retire without this fight and still have a far more accomplished record than Floyd could now ever hope to achieve.

I'll believe the Nevada State Athletic Commission and 2 boxing physicians. I'll also take the confidence level of USADA on how dangerous it can be when they showed the world it wasn't safe when they stopped blood testing Floyd and Shane 18 days (almost 3 weeks before the fight).

    I agree.
Mayweather isn't a bigger draw than Pacquiao. Or if he is, not significantly when you factor in who they fought and when they fought them and what the star power is and isn't of the respective opponents. A fight like this should obviously, obviously be 50 / 50. Clottey has zero star power, Mosley is an established star. Plus 24/7 promotions are much more significant promotions than The Road to Dallas one off.

With common opponents Floyd blows Pac out of the water. Whether it be Hatton, DLH or Marquez.

Mosley is not as big a draw as Cotto. Mosley fought Margarito on HBO BAD. Cotto fought Margarito on PPV at MSG and did 700,000.

And considering that Pac fought 3 Mexican legends, and floyd fought Baldomir, Judah and Gatti, their PPV's are similar in that regard aswell.

And if Pacquaio cant sell a 24/7 that just says alot about Pac that nobody wants to see it.

If nobody wanted to see this Pacquiao fight than it wouldn't be the most profitable fight in history, that is just simple logic. Also the Mayweather/DLH is far above the statistical average of anything else Mayweather has done. That fight sold so well because:

    A. Everybody thought DLH was back after his win over Mayorga
    B. (Most importably) Ocar had complete control over the promotion of the fight
