Green is araid of Tarver. He will not fight a live opponent or even one that is half dead. He will only face past it fighters that have been knocked out. He's garbage.
I don't read all of your posts because you're an idiot, so you'll have to forgive me for not wading through yet another one of your lengthy rambling rants. However, now that you have pointed out the post containing the 'question' you apparently 'asked' me, I shall reply thus: You addressed your post below to 'boxcotton' who I assume is 'boxoncottonon'; you did not directly address your 'question' in your post below to me; your 'question' in your post below is in fact a statement with a question mark tacked to the end of it and reads as "Now my eyesight might not be as good as some guys here but to me it looks like these hands have not been wrapped the same as Green camp claims his hands have been wraped the same for ALL his fights?" you then provided the following quote from the daily telegraph, in which Green states he used the exact same wraps in 5 previous world title fights, which directly contradicts your claim that he used the exact same wraps 'for ALL his fights' (see previous point in which I quoted your 'question'): "THE hand wraps were the same wraps I used in five previous world title fights, in Germany, Montreal, Australia and even in the fight in Mississippi that set our blockbuster bout up, under your own governing body's jurisdiction;" post #64 wasn't a reply to your lengthy rambling rant, it was a comment I passed based on the fact I could see you were posting more of your usual lengthy rambling rants. Keep on trying spastic :hi: PS - what came of the allegations and complaints made by Team RJJ li'l spaz?
The funny thing is Floyd Mayweathers wraps are normally that thick and Nazim Richardson looked ober PBF's wraps before the Mosley fight. TCBoxa is crying over spilt milk. You could make a rematch i still see the same result in Las Vegas. Why Jones and his chin are done.
Everyone knows his case was thrown out by the relevant boxing authorities despite all the evidence clearly demonstrating that Green's wraps were outside the specified regulations. That is why he has to go to the courts to right the injustice done. Say NO TO SEOUL MACH 2. Fact: Green's wraps did not meet the regulations. Fact: Roy's appeal was thrown out. Why was it thrown out? No one knows because I have yet to read published reasons by the NSW authorities. One can assume that they figured the extra wraps/padding would not have affected the outcome of the match and consequently let the result stand. Thats putting it in a nice way. One can also assume that they are spineless money hungry nationalistic merkins who were bought out by Green. Usually when you throw out a case for no reason, the case has to be clear cut. The appeal has to have no merit. If Roy had no case why did it take them months and numerous meetings to come to that conclusion? One would have figured that they would dismiss it at the first instance. I believe Roy will have his day in court and he will win. He will argue that Green's wraps are outside very detailed regulations. That these detailed regulations are in place to protect the safety of competitors. For a dangerous sport such as professional boxing where people can get killed or maimed for life, safety is paramount. Boxing is a sport, not a blood sport. It has little relevance whether the extra wraps would have affected the outcome of the fight because Roy will not be pushing this arguement. Roy will argue that he competed with a fighter who had unsafe wraps and that all unsafe fighters have to be disqualified to protect the safety of the sport. How will the courts judge what is safe and unsafe. They will refer to the NSW Boxing regulations which specifies exactly what is safe wrapping and what is not. Since Green's wraps exceeded the specified regulations by a considerable margin. Thus Green must be disqualified. Roy will win on a technicallity if you want to call it that way. Others will call Roy the Robin Hood of boxers. His going on a safety crusade for all the underpreviliged fighters who do not have his means to fight back against the tyranny of biased money hungry myopic boxing authorities.
This is not a fact. It has yet to be proved that Green's wraps did not meet regulations. All allegations made have been based on claims made by RJJs camp and photos.
Clause 39(4) total lenght must not exceed 2.5m, and must not be more than 2.5cm wide "For the bout Mr. Green used 5cm Nexcare adhesive tape..." Look at the picture of the tape on the wall. Tell me its 2.5cm or less in width. They have the box to prove it, they have the picture to prove it and if need be they can call witnesses to testify as to the tape used. That is pretty much undisputable evidence.
DonkeyKing i tip my hat to you , two great posts and right on the mark! BruaFag, go wrap your hands with 2.5meters of bandage and see if you can get them looking the same way Greens hands were wraped for his fight with RJJ. The tape looks the same as ankle strapping tape but has similar properties to what plaster has when it gets wet and hardens, im sure this will be demonstrated in court, they have the box so they can purchase the bandage and do a demonstration, they will also produce independent lab results! Lets not forget RJJ is claiming he hasnt been paid!
Who said "For the bout Mr. Green used 5cm Nexcare adhesive tape..."? Tape stuck to a wall in a photo cannot be exactly measured, nor does it mean it was the same tape used for Green's strapping in the RJJ fight; Possessing an empty adhesive bandage box apparently retrieved from Green's dressing room (again, according to who?) doesn't mean Green used the tape that was contained within the box for his strapping for the RJJ fight; Who are the witnesses again? That is not 'indisputable evidence' it is hearsay and conjecture based on allegations made by a non-objective party i.e. Team RJJ.
You should learn to shut your yapping ****hole and try to learn something you stoopid ****. Read my reply to donkey and see if you can keep up, ****nuckle :yep
We shouldn't overlook the rider that many rules incorporate to give Authorities room to move in special circumstances. E.G. If a fighter has a history of knuckle damage & an orthopedic surgeon provided an alternative wrapping system that was not advantageous, & offered greater protection, authorities would have to seriously consider this expert advise & if they can't provide reason for it's non acceptance they would be obliged to allow it, or run the risk of failure of D.o.Care for the fighter in question, the same way they have to apply it for his opponent. The rules say that these options are available in writing, & thus, the inspectors have to acknowledge them. Best we wait & see before we start the assassination Oh, then there's the little matter of adjudication, cleverly disguised as the American legal system
If you buy a box of 5cm wide tape stick it to the wall then tear it in half prior to putting it on the hand you have 2.5cm tape which will be 10metres long. so the box and the photo of the tape on the wall doesn't mean anything
Exactly. All Team RJJ have are their accusations in that letter, some photos of Green with what appears to be wider-than-2.5cm tape stuck to the wall in the background, and an empty adhesive bandage box that a member of Team RJJ claims he took from Green's dressing room the night of the fight and witness testimony from, yep, you guessed it, that same member of Team RJJ.
